Can i re open my paypal credit?

Someone hacked my account said i did fraud on myself to close my pay pal credit when i had pending returns!

I am so sorry this occurred! If you haven't already, please change your password as soon as possible. Then I would encourage you to call our customer support to make sure the account is re-secured and they can also get you in touch with PayPal Credit to discuss your credit account's status. To do this, please follow the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page.
