I called a week ago because of suspicious activity on my credit card and verified that certain purchases weren't mine. She said not to subtract those from my next payment and that she could cancel my old card and send me a new one. All is fine until today I notice that I cannot see my card balance and the due date is coming up next week. I am wondering how I am supposed to pay my balance if the card is gone from my account and I have not received my new card.
