Balance transferred Paypal credit to credit card but Paypal credit still shows a balance

I Balance transferred Paypal credit to promotional APR credit card last week but Paypal credit still shows a balance. I now have a balance on the new credit card as well as paypal credit. How long does it take to reflect the payment on paypal? I initiated the balance transfer on 1/27/2020.

Hi, may I ask how you did this? I am having extreme difficulties doing this.

Also want to transfer my Paypal Credit account to a Zero APR credit card, don't think Paypal are keen on you doing this as they will not make any profit on the account.
