As of July 2019, I'm no longer receiving "Receipt for your PayPal payments" emails

Hello PayPal community!

 

As of July 2019, I notice that I'm no longer receiving "Receipt for your PayPal payments" emails. I found those to be very helpful for my records. I wonder if this has anything to do with the recent switch of PayPal Credit to Synchrony? Most importantly, is it possible to reactivate these emails??
