Application page keeps removing DoB

Hi,

 

I can't seem to apply for Paypal Credit.

 

I fill out all the information, click submit and the spinning 'processing' appears.

 

Next, the page scroll back to the top of the screen and it says "Please check your personal details have been entered correctly and try again." -- however my date of birth has been removed.

 

No matter how many time I submit, Paypal keeps removing my DoB and telling me my personal details are incorrect!

 

Has anybody else had this problem? How should I proceed?

Oh no! That definitely sounds frustrating. I would advise clearing your cache and cookies, ensuring your browser is up-to-date, and trying a different browser or device. Hopefully this resolves the issue! 🙂
