Anyone having issues accessing Paypal Credit from their Paypal account

Hello, Its been 2 weeks that I have not been able to access my paypal credit account through my paypal account. I keep getting the same error message over and over. I have sent multiple emails to customer service but no response.

I can only very intermittently access my account through the mobile app. Is anyone having the same issue? Any luck having any contacts from customer service?

I have tried to access the account from my pc and mac using Google Chrome

Here is the error message:

HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request

Type Exception Report

Message Request header is too large

Description The server cannot or will not process the request due to something that is perceived to be a client error (e.g., malformed request syntax, invalid request message framing, or deceptive request routing).

Hi @cesarM

Hmm, we're not aware of any issues. Please give PayPal Credit a call. They should be able to help out.

I hope this information helps!

Thanks,

was approved last month. $3750 avail. zero balance. set credit as primary way to pay using paypal. first transaction approved or so i thought but after tonights grocery purchase was declined i logged in and discovered My Main Paypal acct had paid the transaction with My Money Not Credit which Is The Primary Verified again 10 mins ago. And Yes, its been a challenge trying to access PP Credit Acct from within the Paypal App. it seems to struggle mightily to transfer between both accts. i have tried calling phone support but during a pandemic that method might as well be closed 24/7 a nightmare of wait times turns into hrs of wasted time getting someone other than a overseas third world call centers staffingc CS ops of most american companies during the health pandemic. financial issues of this nature only add to frustrations

I just started getting this same message within the last week or so.  Using Firefox as the browser.

I've been getting this error on and off for months and it's infuriating.   The only way I've figured out around it is to go into your settings and delete any cookies from paypal.   That will let you get back into the site.   However, you'll have to keep doing it most times you want to get to the site so this obviously is not a good long term solution.    PayPal or Synchrony needs to look at their cookies because I believe that's where the problem, and ultimate solution, lies.

I was able to get around the problem by using the Private Browsing.

You can also try to clear all cache and settings and try loading it, however the easiest way i suggest is to use a different browser or the app (iOS/Android).

Hope this helps.
