If my paypal credit line is my "preferred" form of payment, do credit card charges come out of my paypal credit LINE instead of my cc account??
None of the paypal personnel can answer this. Our refrig broke & I am trying to access the paypal credit line as opposed to the credit CARD line of credit - how do I do this???????????
