Amidst all of the COVID-19 emergency I was trying to buy hand sanitizer like most people when I ran across Katastore.com (which no longer exists). This person took me for about $45 for 11 bottles of Germ-X. I filed a dispute/claim with PayPal who just sent me an email today stating my dispute was closed and they defended the seller who provided them with a BOGUS UPS tracking number!! I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THIS CROOK AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! If you type in Katastore.com you will see the page no longer exists, and furthermore you can also type in Katastore reviews and you will see where HONEST people like myself both PayPal customers and not have been TAKEN by this BOGUS SITE.
THIS IS NOT RIGHT to take people's money period much less during a global emergency, and PayPal is letting them get away with it!!!! SMH!!!!
