I am a Finnish citizen living in Finland. I would like to apply for PayPal's physical credit or debit card. So that I can use it in the shops. How to apply for it? Is it even allowed for the European countries? Most of my online earning by PayPal are in USD. When transferring money from PayPal to my bank, I pay high fees and lower exchange rates. So what is the best alternative?
