During the ebay £199+ spend 24 months 0% interest deal period, I got my parent to buy the TV on Paypal credit as my limit was not high enough. The seller of the TV was Currys, they refunded the credit payment after a few days of no information from them.
I later found out after a few days of trying to speak to them on ebay the refund was due to the delivery preference being a click and collect site rather than a direct delivery as they do not deliver large goods to click and collect sites through ebay apparently, even though it was an option!
Is there anyway of being able to reinstate the amount of credit to buy the TV again with the 0% deal over 24 months? I wish they'd tried to contact and explain, then deliver to my address as by the time they finally contacted me about this the Paypal ebay credit deal had ended.
