Paypal Credit Not showing available funds.

I put over £400 into my paypal credit to make a purchase over 23rd

Money was removed the same day from my bank account and cant make my purchase cause its not showing as available.

What the hell is happening ? according to paypal Help sections it should take 24 hours.

If was for a Birthday gift and its causing Unadvertised delays.
