This seems to be a common issue but I have yet to find any resolution or answers. I have PayPal Credit but can't use it to make purchases or send money to friends and family as you are supposed to be able to do. I have called PayPal, called PayPal Credit and sent Messages multiple times with each pointing the finger at the other each and every time. PayPal says call PayPal Credit... PayPal Credit says call PayPal. No one can resolve this for me. I have confirmed there are no limitations on either end. I continue to get error messages OR the option to use my debit card for payment only. Any advice?
