Pay Later Credit - Payment not taken against balance

I have paid my outstanding balance for the promotional offer of Buy Now Pay Later. I've done this before the promotion expires.

However it has not come off the outstanding balance for the promotional offer and instead has come off the overall balance.

Is there not a way of allocating payment as I want to pay for the promotional offer and the O/S balance I will make monthly payments towards?
