I can't pay paypal credit from paypal homepage. I lost access to paypal credit on homepage and cant't get a hold of an agent. Who do i need to contact to get this fixed as i'm not paying it over the phone. They really need to make it more user friendly as i have never been able to get ahold of them on phone.
I am in the same boat. It's not available online or by phone. There's a lot of other posts here saying the same thing. They have a glitch right now and they know it, as the phone message stated they couldn't access accounts right now... and I hadn't given my account # yet so I know it isn't just me.
