Does paypal offer 0% for 24 months when purchasing other than directly thru eBay?

Some offers are only specific to certain merchants/items. Currently, the general promo offer is whatever you see when you go to the PayPal Credit site in the US or the UK.

Seems like the offer you're talking about is only happening at eBay based on internet search.

Any way to know or project what offers is coming & with who?  All I ever see for 24 months is with eBay
