Hello
I have just created a shop on my website. My email for paypal payments on my website wasn't the right one. The customer has said the payment has gone through though my Mrs tried it and hers is still pending. I have now put the right email in. How do I claim that money that has potentially gone to another email?

If its an email you 'own' then add it to your paypal account and the funds would come with it.
Failing that ask the buyer what it says next to the transaction in their paypal account ie pending / unclaimed OR pending / unclaimed with a cancel option??
