wrong amout of charge

the bank charged me Rp. 5.172.400 instead of Rp. 52.724 but on paypal it said Rp. 52.724

what do i do? how can i fix this? Rp. 5.172.400 is about 366 us dollars and 52.724 is about 3.66 usd
