I am struggling to get to the customer service over the phone. There was a payment reversal even though it was delivered to the buyer. I am struggling to get anyone over the phone. For the last 3 hours, I am on hold and no one has answered. This is how the Paypal is working? I hope for the day when eBay will completely be apart from it. Customer service is just like a robot and I wonder Paypal has fired many of them and that is why they have everything automated nowadays. Chat is also disabled.
