every time i click on tools and click on show all tools theres nothing there for donations. Also when I'm in paypal my notifications box constantly opens no matter what i do, anytime i try to click on something for things such as site feedback all it does is send me back to the main page where it shows my wallet and recent activity. Everytime i go to a new page my notification box opens itself up and say's i have 4 notifications even though I've taken care of all 4 of them. This is getting extremely aggrivating. I've followed guides on here on ways to get to the donate button but every one of them do not work for simply because the options aren't there for me for whatever reason.
