It sounds like what you're looking for is the PayPal Merchant ID.  That's as close as you're going to get to an account number.

You have a personal account so not sure you need your merchant i.d. so 'if' not then your paypal email address identifies your paypal account and you don't have an account number (unless its to do with paypal credit).
