I received a text message from phone <removed> and received a message that there was an issue with my pay pal and to use link (which can not be used by this board and had to be deleted ) to resolve the issue. I have not gone to the site but called the number and got a recording of a girl saying to leave a message which I didn't. Is this a valid way for paypal to contact a user?
