unsolicited Request for payment Invoice

We have been harass by a person sending Invoice to claim from us. 
When we got the invoice, we went to the activity -> unpaid invoice and cancel / reject the incoming invoice request. 

But he repeatedly doing this once every 2 to 3 days.

This is quite dangerous and we might accidental click to pay. 

Is there a way to stop this person? 

or how do I Block this person permanently from my PayPal account?

You could change your email address maybe?

 

Go and click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > click on the + and ''add'' another/new email address > verify it > go back and click on ''update'' and tick the box underneath that says ''make primary'' > then you should get the remove option by the old now longer primary email.
