Made a purchase through paypal (as a guest, I guess) on 4-20-2020. I have not received said order. Had to sign up with paypal to try and resolve because there isn't any contact info for the seller on the receipt. Unable to use the resolution option.
If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......
1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid) OR 2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
