Hi, I sent an fryer off and received payment from the last via PayPal on friends and family. It was full working order when sent it off and she has told me not working. She is asking for refund but won't post the fryer back until I've refunded her. I've done this before and sent money and never received product back so reluctant on doing it again. Need Help please

Firstly its against Paypal rules to sell and accept payment via the friends / family option.

This is because you are deliberately negating paying your paypal fees.

So don't be surprised if Paypal limit your account.

Secondly whilst you have taken away your buyers paypal buyer protection IF they funded that Paypal payment via a card then they can do a chargeback and you would lose as you lost your seller protection when you accepted payment that way.

I would send the buyer a postage paid label to return the item and then refund when she has returned it.
