unauthorized invoice

I received an invoice for 50.00 (no small amount) from an unauthorized person, whose name I have never heard. the email that I received saying that I had this invoice showed that it had to do with the coronavirus. This is obviously a scam. I wanted to report it to PayPal, but was unable to do so, because it does fit within it's guidelines for reporting. I see that I can just delete the invoice, (obviously not going to pay it) but feel that PayPal should know about it. Has anyone else had this happen recently?

I got one last night for $50 and another one a moment ago for $100. I hope Paypal takes care of this ASAP!
