trying to find email address of buyer

Hi all, I'm trying to create an invoice for additional items from a recent buyer but his email is missing from transaction details. It also does not show up when clicking "Issue A Refund". That worked before but maybe PayPal "did some improvements" and not working anymore.

 

Should I issue a refund anyway then the email will show up? I can always ask the buyer to pay second time.

 

Or should I call them up and ask for PayPal email. I hate doing this because people don't pick.
