This is **bleep**, I can't do anything because someone took my account and spent 242 dollars from a website i have never heard of. I sent a request to paypal to refund my money and they said "transaction was not unauthorized and hence couldn't be covered under PayPal Purchase Protection." Even though i never bought this.
