i have bought a watch on ebay from italy which cost 815 euros. then when i paid for it paypal charge my card 820 euros plus my paypal balance of £30. why is that? my card is on euro account it should be charged 820 euros which the item i bought was only 815 euros. they even took my balance od £30+
