i tried setting up my bank and it worked. it wanted to trow 2 small payments into my account, i **bleep** it up and they canceled my account, now even when i cancel my account and start a new one it tlls me they cant proccess my acount.. anyone know why please? paypal is the worst thing iv ever tried to set up
