these $35 fees are outrageous

i just got about 7 fees of $35 and that adds up to more than i make. i'm pretty **bleep** here. i had money in my account but my money was on hold and PayPal thought i didn't have the funds so i guess they charged me with these fees instead of declining the payment.

Welcome to the PayPal Community. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing those fees, I can definitely understand how those can be frustrating. These fees sound like NSF fees your bank charges you when a payment attempt fails from your checking account.
