text message saying my paypal account has been restricted

says i have 12H to congfirm the account information or my account will be closed.. is this a scam??? 

its from a <removed>and wants me to got to <removed>???

Same - I logged into my account on laptop and checked, no messages there. I would not follow the link in the text message and check your account through other methods
