someone hacked ebay account and something ordered

so ebay know that and my account blocked than unblocked by my self changed password.

hacker paid 79.99!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

asked about it ebay

they said ask to paypal.... so i cant find ebay transaction!!! only ebay...

you guys kidding me?? ebay and paypal protect hacker or me?
