hi comunity, I am new in paypal. I am selling used piano, i am based in Lithuania, buyer is in usa. seller suggested to send money via paypal and will be responsible to pick piano byhimself via 3rd party. i know that papal sends money not payment moment but freezes some time. how can i be sure to receive money... buyer knows that piano is used.
