Hi All,
I recently won an auction but the seller cancelled my winning bid and offered the item to the next in the auction list. The seller would have had to post the item to me (which was a service that was offered and had an associated cost for P&P) but choose to sell the item the the next in the list as they could collect the item in person. I am disappointed with this and wondering what my options are as regards making a note of this?
Regards

You may be able to leave feedback but that is an Ebay and not a Paypal matter really as long as you either haven't paid or been refunded.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
