second business account for non-profit

I am a member of a 501-c3 non-profit organization. We already have a Paypal business account for normal operations. Can we create a second Paypal business account, using the same EIN, but separate e-mail and possibly same or different bank account? This second Paypal account would be used in conjunction with a specific long-term fundraising project, and we would want to keep the regular Paypal account information segregated from this  new project.

Contact PayPal to see if you can get a child (sub) account within your main business account.
