second PP account?

Hi!

I reside in Canada, now a Canadian citizen. Before resident, citizen of Namibia. I would like to know if I can have a second indipendant PP account connected to my bank/money in Namibia. I have have a check account and a debit card linked to my Bank Windhoek account. I have been a PP user/member since early days and find it very useful. I have funds there that I would like to access and use from time to time but as I am in Canada it is not so easy.

PayPal users are allowed two accounts only, one Personal account and one Business account.

PayPal allows users who maintain residences in two countries to have a Personal account in one country and a Business account in another country.
