scam?

I just put a motorcycle for sale on craigslist and got a quick reply for Sgt. Seth who can't talk to me because he's currently deployed.  He is asking for my paypal info to purchase the bike.  I'm skeptical because he said he's deployed until November and would ask a "shipper" to pick it up and transfer the title.  Is this a scam?  Gene07

Even if this isn't a scam; (yes, this is a scam), you never want to use PayPal for a motorcycle sale, except for a small deposit to hold the motorcycle, until the buyer shows up with cash.

Here is a PayPal link with details on scams.
