scam text message

Hi Guys

I  just received a text message from this number <removed> telling me that was from Paypal, and I should contact them in 36 hours our my account would be closed and they send me a link <removed> (a link that I never open ) i login at my PayPal account and there is no message or warning. I call back to the number and goes to a voice message and looks like Romanian or some other language.is this a scam message again ??? cause I just got a scam email two weeks ago : ((((

Yes Scam !

PayPal does not send text messages like that, second clue - the URL link is not a PayPal link and note, the link is not even secure as it has "http://" where as a secure link would start with "https://".   (Suggest that you do not click on the link.)
