a payment through paypal for two laptops on ebay was cancelled by ebay moments after I used paypal to purchase them. The money has now left my bank account but is still pending in paypal after three days. Can paypal please just pay me back as I will never receive the laptops and I can not afford to be out of pocket by so much for so long.????
