I requested a refund from anniecloth.com. I'm not sure where they are located, but I know they are outside the US. They are willing to give me a refund, but are telling me I need to offer my PayPal account to them to get a refund. I did not use PayPal for the purchase. I used the debit card issued by my bank for the purchase. I do not know how to offer my account to them. My debit card is linked to my PayPal account. Has anybody else had this problem? Please tell me how to do this. I am lost!
