I am in contacts with a buyer and they had to add extra money to upgrade me to a business acct and requested the upgrade payment back as an e transfer. i cannot see the money she sent anywhere yet she wants me to debit my account and send by e transfer. can she not cancel her request and have the money put back into her acct. I am a first time user and have no knowledge of how this works
