received email from from purported service international at paypal

I received an email from s***@i***.p**p**.com <2***@q***.com> telling me my account was restricted due to some significant changes in account  activity.  The text of the email is below 

 

PayPal 

Dear g*******6@***.com

Your account access has been Iimited because we've noticed significant changes in your account activity. As your payment processor, We need to understand these changes better.

 

This Iimitation wiII affect your abiIity to:

  • Payment for purchase
  • Send or receive money
  • Withdraw money
  • Close your account
 

What to do next:

Please login to your account and provide the requested information, before
48 Hours: through the Account Review, If we don't receive the information before this deadline or we notice additional significant changes in your identity and recent account activity, Your account access may be further Iimited

The account this message came to is not he email I use for Paypal.  I went on Paypal and found nothing suspicious there; I did not use the Resolve it Now button in the email.  I am suspicious this is some sort of fraud attempt.  Any comments or experience?
