So I've been selling with Paypal for a while now (mostly digital products) and I had a question about the button that gets displayed with every transaction. You know the one that sometimes says "Print Shipping Label", "Refund", or "Archive".
My question is, how is it determined what button shows up? Most of my recent transactions (payments received) displays a "Print Shipping Label" button whereas some older ones display a "Refund" button.
Is it just a time thing? For instance, after X number of days the button will turn from "Print Shipping Label" to "Refund"?
Just trying to understand this.
