Does anyone know why I keep receiving this message when I try to use the "message" option to contact Paypal customer service?

And does anyone know a different way I can contact customer service?

Thanks.

I had the same problem, then the message went away but my conversation says "This conversation has been closed." and I can't send any more messages in that conversation. Nobody at PayPal has responded to me for over a week, I've been trying to get help for weeks and all I've gotten are responses copied and pasted from their help pages, which I've already read, and people blaming me for PayPal's problem, or lying and saying they've fixed it and I just have to wait a few days "for the system to refresh my account".

Why would they do that for? Like what would be the reasons that would allow them to do that?

Yep, I'm about to start biting people, I'm at the official end of my patience.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
