just received a mobi text saying my account is locked and have 36hours to respond. Presuming a scam

Yes must be a scam. I had same from <removed>
I know it's spam as I got the text to my new mobile.. I'd not updated my PayPal account.
Still it was nice of the spammers to get me to update my details in actual PayPal.
