physical address for paypal for service of legal papers...

I am contacting an consumer agency to bring suit against paypal.  They are asking for an address where they
can send appropriate paperwork...  does anyone know the address for legal paperwork to be sent to paypal.

Click "Legal" at bottom of any page. Then click PayPal User Agreement, then use browser "Find" feature to search for "Legal Department".
