In general, we do not charge a standard additional fee when you make payments. Additional fees may be applied in case you send a personal payment abroad or if there is a currency conversion involved. Otherwise, the charge could depend on your card issuer as they may charge a temporary authorisation to verify your card when you make a payment. I would recommend contacting your card issuer for more information.
