hi..how can I request free shipping on us" as a customer.?

I want to return an item and get the return postage paid as well...I have been sent a printed label but the company says I have to get the free return postage via paypal ...somehow..

I have tried and tried unsuccessfully

If you want the correct link then you need to say what country you are in, as you haven't then i will post the .com link.

Once you have activated the link then you go to the transaction in your paypal account and click on the 'return shipping on us' link on the 'details' page to make a claim after you have returned the item. It 'may' not show up on items you bought before you activated the link.
