The tracking information says that my package was just delivered "in or at a mailbox" in a different city - one I do not live in. I have an ope case about this product and that status says PayPal is reviewing the case. How can I let the resolution dept or case know that the items were delivered to the wrong place. There is no place to respond on the case details page.

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
