If someone has been saying 'i will pay now' every day for the last 4 days and payment is still not there but they have already given me an address and phone number to mail goods, do I continue to wait? I have had 4 other offers since I committed to this person. I understand that payment may not come through immediately but if they continue to say ' i will pay now' even today, would this be a genuine buyer?
